Ingredients
300 g Canned pineapple
2 oranges, peeled, cut into pieces and cleaned of seeds
little fresh ginger
1 lettuce
2-3 tbsp cream
lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp sugar
3 tomatoes
lettuce leaves or lettuce
Method
Pineapple chunks, sliced tomatoes, orange, ginger mixed with sugar, salt, lemon juice and place in refrigerator. Before serving, pour salad on lettuce leaves, located on the serving dish. Watered with cream mixed with lemon juice and salt.
