Salad of potatoes and dried red peppers

Ingredients
4-6 (500 g) of potatoes
6-8 (100 g) dried red peppers
4-5 cloves garlic
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
salt
Method
The peppers were washed thoroughly and boiled, and then are peeled and crushed. Separately, boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Add to powdered pepper, crushed garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar and salt to taste. The mixture is stirred well and pour into a salad bowl.
