Salad Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 carrots
500 g potatoes
1 head red beet
1 cup beans
1 cup peas
3-4 pickles
1 bunch spring onions
200 g cabbage
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tbsp salt
Salad Vinaigrette

Method
Carrots, potatoes, beets, peas and beans mature Boil, then cut into cubes. Pickles also cut into cubes. Cabbage cut into strips, and onions finely. All stir and taste with the oil, salt and vinegar.
