Salzburg varenki - I type

Ingredients
H eggs
100 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 vanilla powder
Method
Egg whites are broken down very hard snow, add sugar, then egg yolks and flour and make 3 large balls are placed in a hot pan with butter. Wait until golden brown, turn and bake in oven low (5-6 minutes). Remove, sprinkle with vanilla and served immediately.
