Ingredients
Bruschetta Baguette
1 tomato
1 orange / red pepper
1 small carrot
1 sprig fresh onion
several sprigs of broccoli
cream cheese
about 50 g grated cheese

Method
Vegetables finely and mixed together. Baguette cut into slices and thinly smeared with the cream cheese. -Coated slices are arranged in a baking dish and distributed them on the vegetables. Bake in preheated oven (just above), until the vegetables slightly pozavehnat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve warm. You can experiment and to use cream cheese flavored with smoked salmon or with dried tomatoes and basil - whatever available commercially. The feta cheese can be replaced with cottage cheese.
