Sandwiches with cheese and ham

Ingredients
8 slices of bread
180 g cheese
100 g ham
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
4 tbsp (40 ml) milk
egg 1
salt
pepper
Method
Slices roast. Four of the slices sprinkled with grated cheese, put it in 1 slice of ham, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cover with the other four slices. Dip the sandwiches on both sides in the wine, then lightly pressed to drain excess fluid. Milk and egg mix well with salt and pepper. Sandwiches are immersed in the prepared mixture over both sides. Put them in a dish and bake 6 minutes at 600 W, and in the middle turn. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
