Sauce from fresh tomatoes

Ingredients
700 g tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
parsley
salt
Method
Washed tomatoes are dipped briefly in boiling water, peel, cut into quarters and smothered in sunflower oil with garlic, crushed with salt and parsley.

This sauce goes basil and chili pepper, use this sauce for spaghetti.
