The sausages are cut to length without being divided into two, and inside them put a piece of cheese or feta cheese. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with black and red pepper, chopped parsley and on them are the tomato rings. Sprinkle with parsley and again on each sausage is placed piece butter. Roasted to medium heat until melted cheese or the feta cheese. Serve with tomato sauce prepared separately, with optional garnish and salad.
