Sausage in onion

Ingredients
4 large onions
300 g sausage
30 g butter
100 g broth
2 tbsp bread soaked in water
1 egg
salt, pepper
Method
Peel onion wash and boil in salted water for 15 minutes, remove with latticed spoon, drain well and interior carving. Sausage peel and grind with the machine to grind meat or cut into very small pieces. The resulting ground meat fry in the butter. Away from the heat and add the bread, egg, salt and pepper. The resulting mixture is filled onions and place in an oiled baking dish, pour on top with broth and bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
