Sausage in the oven with wine sauce

Ingredients
8 sausage (raw)
200 ml cream
2 cup red wine
1 clove garlic
150 g cheese
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
50 ml sunflower oil
parsley

Method
In a pan fry the sausages until browned and arrange in pan. In the same pan put the cream and wine and remain low heat 5 minutes - to mix well and to evaporate the alcohol. The resulting mixture was poured into sausages. Top sprinkle chopped garlic. Dusted on garlic bread crumbs, parsley on it and finally put grated cheese. Bake on high heat until melted cheese.
