From Saute sausage and potatoes

Ingredients
450 g of salami
1 onion
2 large bell peppers (green and red)
550 g young potatoes
225 ml chicken broth
ground pepper
1 tbsp oregano
Method
Heat large non-stick pan on medium heat for 1 minute and in it fry sausage diced. After 10 minutes, pour the fat, leaving only 1 tbsp thereof. Add chopped onions, peppers, cleaned of seeds and diced potatoes and cut into cubes and fry for 5 minutes. Add the broth and leave on low heat. Quickly replace the lid and stew for 15 minutes, until the potatoes are soft. If necessary add more broth to not Zagora potatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and served with green salad and crispy bread.
