Method
Mix the minced meat with grate potatoes, eggs , spices, beer and flour. Fry in hot oil.

schnitzel was received little greasy for my taste, although they sloshih after frying paper towel to absorb the fat. I would add bread crumbs to thicken the mixture and may not take so much fat.
