Schnitzel of mince and boiled potatoes

Ingredients
600 g beef
250 g boiled potatoes
2 eggs
1 onion
pepper, salt, parsley
sunflower oil
Method
Mash the potatoes, add the minced meat, eggs, liver, pepper, grated onion. Knead well and add the parsley and Knead again. We leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then the mixture is oformnyat thin buns and fried.

I do them with grated raw potatoes, but your idea is probably better
