Schnitzel of shapes

Ingredients
500 g minced meat mixture optional
2 eggs
2 slices of dry white bread
breadcrumbs
spices optional
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices (black pepper, cumin), soaked in water and squeezed bread one egg. Stand with baking paper, wider, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with plenty of breadcrumbs. Put it in the middle minced meat and lightly moistened hands pressed to the edges. You should get evenly spread mass, about 5 mm thick. Mix the second egg and smeared on top. Dusted evenly with breadcrumbs egg layer. With bigger shapes for cookies cut out the desired figure (in this case fish). Bake middle BBQ at 240 C to redness of the upper layer. When baking mince slightly narrowed and the release of the figures is very easy.
