Scrambled cutlets

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
3-4 eggs (depending on size)
4 tbsp yogurt
1 and 1/2 cup water
2 onions (not too large)
1 tsp baking soda
spices optional (salt, pepper, herbs and more. I usually put spice to mince)

Method
All products are spun (but not in batter) to become homogeneous mixture, with a large spoon pour less than in the extremely hot mixture sunflower oil (formed with the tray to be in the form of a schnitzel) and allowed to fry until ready.
