Ingredients
1 bream fish
200 g of sea salt
1 lemon
1 egg white
Method
Clear and wash the fish. In the belly of the fish put lemon slices. Egg white mix well and mixed with sea salt. The fish is placed in a tray and dusted with salt. Bake until ready.

Every week I make fish, but put only salt. One finger above and two below 1h. and 15min. baking becomes brain. Do not forget -marine salt. Enjoy your meal.
