Semolina cake with lemon caramel

Ingredients
# For the dough:
500 g fruit yogurt of your choice
300 g semolina
125 g butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
2 vanilla
10 g baking powder
# For glaze :
120 g sugar
juice and grated zest of 1 lemon
Method
Eggs are divided into white and yolk. To the yolks add sugar, the butter, yogurt, vanilla and beat with a mixer. Semolina mixed with baking powder and was added to the yolks. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and add to the egg yolks slowly, stirring with a wooden or plastic spatula. Pour dough into pan littered with paper and bake 35-40 minutes at 180 C. During this time, prepare the glaze - caramelized the sugar and add 120 ml water, lemon juice and grated peel. Boil until completely melted caramel - 5-6 minutes. After dessert cool cut into pieces in the shape of your choice. Spread with frosting. When serving can be garnished with fresh whipped cream.
