Semolina halva Surprise

Ingredients
2 cups semolina
4 cup water
1 cup sugar
100 g of fat - butter or olive oil
50 g raisins
100 g of nuts (preferably a mix of almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts)
1/2 cup Cherry jam
1 tsp lemon juice
2 vanilla

Method
In the heated fat trickle add semolina, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until it becomes nice brown color. Remove from heat. Prepare sugar syrup of water, sugar and vanilla. Allow to boil for 2-3 minutes, put it 1 tsp lemon juice and pour it with semolina, stirring to make a homogeneous mixture without lumps. nuts, optional, advance may be slightly constipated. In the beautiful shape of cake, well moistened with water are put one layer of semolina halva. Top put half of raisins, nuts and sweet cherries. Cover with another layer of semolina halva. Top put the remaining raisins, nuts and cherry jam and put the last layer of semolina halva. Allow to harden for at least 3-4 hours. Attention is in tray and garnish with cherry sweet. Optional can be used jam currants or blueberries - slightly tart taste is very suitable for semolina halva.
