Sesame bagels

Ingredients
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup white wine
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 egg white spreads
50-60 g sesame
flour medium soft dough
Method
Mix the oil, sugar and wine. Add more than half sesame. Finally, put the flour with baking powder. Blended into a medium soft dough. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out pretzels, smeared with beaten up egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Instead of a egg white can be smeared with milk. Bake at 180 C until pale golden.
