Ingredients
500 g minced meat
200 g olives
100 g cheese
potato 1
2 eggs
little breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
sunflower oil
spicy curry
nuts - almonds or walnuts

Method
The potato is boiled. Minced meat is placed in a deep bowl and add to it chopped toasted nuts, curry and pepper and stirred well. Cooked potato creases and add in minced meat. Add 1 egg, a little bread crumbs, free of stones and sliced olives, grated cheese and kneaded well. In an oiled pan put shaped meatballs and bake in the oven.

Interesting meatballs. I suppose with green olives are good ... Or half green and half black, for a change.
Which olives like you put more of them. And the greens are, but I love you more black.

meatballs are really very tasty, it is worth to try. I put more than potatoes and curry, and added cayenne pepper.
