Shark aromatic sauce

Ingredients
450 g of shark meat without bones
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sherry
1 crushed garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
6 field mushrooms
2 tbsp tomato puree
Method
Shark meat is cut into thin slices. Mix 1 tsp olive oil, soy sauce, sherry, garlic and ginger and pour this mixture meat. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Heat remaining olive oil in a pan and fry it in mushrooms and meat. Pour the marinade, add the tomato paste, stir and boil 1 minute.

ooooohhh very quick and easy to prepare recipe, and the sauce was good, bravo Maggie!

Yesterday I took directly from shark fishermen. Great recipe. Now will try.
