Ingredients
10-12 biscotti
2 and 1/2 tbsp table starch
500 ml milk
3 tbsp sugar

Method
Milk is put to boil with sugar. Starch is diluted in cold water or milk and cream is prepared according to the indication on the envelope. In a deep pot (most comfortable are the vessels of Jena glass) rank order biscotti, broken into 3-4 pieces, and pour one half of hot cream. Arrange biscotti second row, Pour remaining cream and smoothed with a knife. Served in a few hours. Optional can be garnished with fresh fruit or jam. Biscotti can pre-soak in a mixture made from 1 cup cold milk, 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp cocoa.
