Shrimp Spanish

Ingredients
600 g shrimp
40 g butter
250 g rice
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
300 g cream
pepper
salt
soup
Method
Live shrimp washed with brush, placed in boiling broth and cook 10 minutes. Shrimp allowed to cool in the broth. Remove the shells, remove the meat from the tail and remove the chitterlings.Cleaning and scalded rice is boiled in salted water until soft. Finely chopped onion fry in butter until yellowing, put it into the rice, add the tomato puree, cream, meat shrimp, salt, pepper, pour everything into baking pan and bake in oven low around half an hour.
