Small sponge cakecheta cream cheese and strawberries

Ingredients
115 g unsalted creamy feta cheese
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar (1 cup if you like sweet)
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp liquid vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cup flour
2 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup cut into small pieces strawberries
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Cream the feta cheese is stirred with a mixer, the butter and sugar until smooth cream. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each. Add vanilla, milk and stir until smooth mixture. In a bowl sifted flour with baking powder and salt. The dry blend was added to the liquid, stirred until all are thoroughly mixed. Add half of the strawberries and confused. pan is 36 small trays or muffin covered with paper cups and distributed them in the mixture. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the strawberries and lightly pressed to the mix. Bake in preheated to 190 C (375 F) oven about 15 minutes or until through the center of the cake toothpick comes out clean. Baked cakes sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Again good proposal. Since no baking pans muffins, will prepare cakes in shape. Excellent idea. Bravo!

And I have no form of muffins, but think they are bowls and custard. A cake in the shape will become a spectacular :)

With frozen strawberries if it would work?

I guess that happens :)
