Soup of broccoli and potatoes

# For the soup:
300 g broccoli (one cluster)
5-6 potatoes
2 leeks onion
2 carrots
2 pinches of pepper
1 cube vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
# For soup thickenerta:
2 eggs
3 tbsp yogurt

Leek stew with garlic in olive oil (the oil) with a little water and salt for about 2-3 moments. Add pre-diced potatoes and carrots and leave for another 3-4 moments. After water was added, depending on preference for a thick or thin supichka, about 1. 5 liters. As a boil add the pepper, vegetable broth and salt. Allow to boil 10 a minute, then add garnetted chepchitsi broccoli. Can be added and their handles, cut into rings. Allow the soup to boil for another 20-a minute and remove from heat. soup needs to cool. It soup thickenerta: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a little salt and yogurt. To this mixture was added small amounts of soup, while stirring continuously, so as not to cross the eggs. After the mixture from the bowl is returned to the soup and stir.
