Soup rustic

Ingredients
1-2 onions
2 tomatoes
5-6 potatoes
1/3 cup or 1/2 cup of rice vermicelli
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp paprika
parsley
Method
Stew fat cut onions. Once you get a golden color, add the chopped tomatoes, then - flour. After pozaparzhi flour mixture seasoned with red pepper and then pour about 2 liters of broth or hot water. Bring to a boil and drop the potatoes, diced, and rice (vermicelli). Once the soup boils again, pour the milk and then boil until ready. Serve sprinkle with chopped parsley.
