Ingredients
320 g spaghetti
200 g arugula
300 g cherry tomatoes
150 g marinated anchovies
1 onion
olive oil, salt, black pepper
Method
Wash, dry and wilt arugula. Clean and chop the onion slices. Wash and cherry domatchetata and cut them into halves. Mix all the products and season them with olive oil, salt, pepper. In a large amount of water boil the pasta. Drain and place in a suitable container for serving from above pour vegetable-fish mixture.
