Spaghetti with Italian sauce

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
1 carrot
celery, parsley, mint
2 tbsp tomato paste
800 g tomatoes
4 tbsp vegetable oil
300 g of calf mince
pepper
75 g cheese
cheese 75 g

Method
Celery, carrot, garlic and onion chopped very finely. Stew in 3 tbsp vegetable oil. After gently soften, add the tomato puree, mint and parsley (finely chopped). Separately, fry the minced meat in the remaining vegetable oil. Add steamed vegetables, peeled and chopped tomatoes and sauce from the can. So the resulting sauce boil on low heat, occasionally stirring. Boil pasta in salted water, distributed in portions and pour the sauce. Portions to scatter with grated cheese or particulate feta cheese. Serve warm.
