Spicy ribs in Kozarevski

Ingredients
1 kg pork ribs
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1 lemon
1 tsp pepper
4 cloves crushed garlic
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp dry basil
10 coriander seeds
pinch nutmeg
1 tsp fenugreek (Qimen)
1 tbsp red pepper
salt
Method
Pork ribs Oval in mixed spices and pour in cold milk mixed with lemon. So marinated leave for about 4 hours to cool. After removing from marinade without wash put a strong hot BBQ - best charcoal.
