Sponge cake with blackberries and banana

Ingredients
300 g butter or margarine
2 eggs
150 g sugar
30 ml milk
220 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 banana
150 g blackberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar for sprinkling
Method
The butter mix of foam with sugar. One by one the eggs were added and stirring was continued until a smooth cream. Spoon by spoon add the flour sifted with baking powder, cinnamon and ginger. Add the banana, crushed to a smooth puree and milk. The majority of the dough was poured in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour rectangular shape. top rank washed and dried blackberries and cover with the remaining dough. Bake about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C. Once cooled down is removed from the form, sprinkle with brown sugar and allow to cool completely.
