Sponge cake with orange peel

Ingredients
150 g butter
4 eggs
300 g of powdered sugar
300 g flour
1 cup milk
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
grated peel of two oranges

Method
The butter mix with sugar until white. Add the egg yolks one by one, then the milk, grated orange peel and flour sifted with baking powder. Egg whites are broken down into snow with little of the sugar and carefully pour in the mixture. Mix well and pour into cake form, pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in moderate oven after baking tin with piece of butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
