Sponge cake with pineapple and walnuts

Ingredients
110 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
100 g smlehi walnuts
egg 1
2 yolks
grated lemon peel
10-12 washers pineapple
Method
The butter and powdered sugar is broken down to give a thick creamy mixture. Add one by one egg yolks and after each addition the mixture is stirred well. The flour is sieved and added to the mixture while stirring with a spoon carefully. Add the walnuts and grated lemon rind. The baking is namaslyava and flour. Pour the mixture being smoothed with a spatula. In the center is placed across washer pineapple and around her rank other bisected shaybichki. Bake in a preheated 170 C oven for about 40 minutes.
