Sponge cake Tsetska

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup water
6 tbsp sunflower oil
10 g baking powder
2 and 1/2 cup flour
optional - raisins, walnuts, sweet
2 tbsp cocoa
vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Gets cooked syrup 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and vanilla and let cool. Egg whites are broken down into snow with 1 cup sugar. Yolks are broken with the syrup was added thereto the oil, then stirring with a spoon gently add the beaten egg whites and flour with baking powder, finally. Divide the mixture in two, one add 2 tbsp cocoa and the other optional walnuts, raisins, sweet. In floured cake pan, my diameter 24 cm, with a spoon pour the white and the brown mixture to exhaustion of both. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla.
