Ingredients
1-1.5 kg neck pork chops
1-1.5 kg bruised pork chops
# For the marinade:
3-4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
3 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp soy sauce
ground pepper
the juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp red pepper (chili)
2 tsp dried garlic
onions, chopped washers
salt or vegeta

Method
Mix the marinade and let the steaks marinated be from 3 to 12 hours in refrigerator. 30 minutes before putting them on the barbecue (the BBQ), remove from refrigerator and salt them. Turn them several times a barbecue on both sides.
