Stewed pork with tomatoes and wine

Ingredients
1 kg pork, cut into portions
sunflower oil
3 onions
1 carrot
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp paprika, salt
600 g tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 cup white wine
Method
Fry the meat with sunflower oil and a little water. Chop the onion, carrot wheels, tomato slices. Add the onions and carrots and cook them for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and paprika, stir several times and Salt. Put the tomatoes, bay leaf and pour wine. Sandwiching the pan tightly and cook over low heat for about two hours. Serve with boiled rice.

Besides rice can be served with mashed potatoes.

Yes maybe with mashed potatoes and potatoes with tsyalivareni sys kimeon, dry thyme and salt. Matter of taste.
