Strawberry muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sliced ​​strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
2 eggs
vanilla
1 and 3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Method
In a bowl mix the strawberries with 1/2 cup sugar and leave for about 1 hour to release juice. Heat the oven to 220 C. The butter mix with remaining 1/4 sugar, add eggs one at a time and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt and nutmeg. The dry blend is added to the oil, and the strawberries are added, along with the juice. Gently mixed, without mixing for too long. The dough is distributed in paper shapes and cupcakes bake 18-20 minutes.
