100 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
filo pastry sheets
a pinch of pepper and salt

# For the garlic sauce:
200 g yogurt
2 cloves garlic
salt

Method
Potatoes finely as moussaka and boil in salted water. Strain and put onions (or leeks), 1 egg, the feta cheese, salt and pepper, grated cheese and parsley. Mix well. The cortices are spread (2-3 leaves 1 strudel), put it in the middle of the stuffing, turning on a roll, is folded over at both ends. Dab with egg and bake until browned. Ready now served with garlic sauce. garlic sauce: Finely chopped cloves of garlic, milk and salt mix and stir well.
