Ingredients
6-7 large red peppers bell peppers
1 onion
250 g chicken breasts
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
salt, pepper, cumin
1 tbsp lemon juice
cheese
2 skinless sausages
6-7 eggs (1 for each pepper)

Method
Clear peppers from the stems and seeds and arrange them in a greased baking pan. Add salt them lightly inside. Cut the chicken into small pieces and confuse him with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and spices. In a pan fry the chopped onion until golden and add the meat. Fry about 4-5 minutes and it spread in all peppers. Top put cheese cubes and skinless sausages. In each Kamba put one egg, add salt and bake at 250C 40-45 minutes.
