Stuffed cabbage with meat

Ingredients
1 hard cabbage
500 g minced meat (preferably beef, pork or smoked)
60 g butter
600 ml meat broth
1 onion
1 carrot
2 bones
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned cabbage boil 5 minutes in salted water. Then removed and allowed to cool on the strainer. Remove the book and that the solid part of the leaves and the individual sheets are separated. Chopped meat add salt and sprinkle with black pepper, mix well and the resulting mixture is rubbed cabbage leaves. Formed again cabbage leaf and tied with thread. Sgoreshtyava is butter in a saucepan, add flour and fry until yellow. Roux diluted with broth, add carrots and onions, cut into rings, bones and top placed cabbage. Cover the pot with a lid and cabbage stew on low heat. As required make up less broth. Finished cabbage is removed, remove the thread and bone, placed in a deep bowl, add some of the sauce and serve.

I did not produce it, but I was surprised a lot of my husband one day, it is very tasty, but must add wine and bones are not required.

When my husband prepared it that I had added some wine, bones certainly was not used. It is very tasty, it is worth to try.
