Ingredients
1 carp
2-3 onions
1 cup walnuts
1 carrot
celery
tomato juice
frying fat
salt
1/2 cup white wine

Method
Fry the onions, add chopped into small cubes carrot and a little tomato juice, flavor. When thickened remove from heat. Add chopped walnuts. Washed carp filled with stuffing and close with toothpicks. Place in a buttered baking dish, add the wine and bake in a moderate oven.
