Spicy baby potatoes with beer and wine

1.5 kg baby potatoes
1 cup beer
1 cup white wine
40 g butter
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
fresh rosemary, dill
pepper, cayenne pepper, salt

Chips are scraped from the skin, wash and arrange in pan. All other products are mixed, add 1 cup water and potatoes pour the mixture. Stir well. Cover with the lid at a higher tray and baked for about 1 hour in the oven. When serving can be smeared with butter and sprinkle with parsley.

Well, Blaga if large potatoes - will become an hour. Per hour are baked potatoes with a diameter of about 6-7 cm. Anything wholesale cut of roughly this size. I do not think the taste plays a role, whether cut or not.

Yes it is, Aliana is right. If potatoes are great to bake for much longer .. The taste remains the same, it is still fresh potato, and we all know that fresh potatoes are like butter :)

Rosset, you tried with old fries, because right now you will hardly find fresh, and I liked the recipe?

I bit them poprepekoh but incredibly tasty.

Do these fries, but easier roast them in a pan of Jena glass cover, and when they are ready sprinkle with dill, try and so very delicious!

recipe made with old potatoes instead of butter and margarine put again became uniquely delicious. A fresh will be straight fantasy. Many us usladiha and finished quickly. PassionFlower, thanks for the magnificent recipe. I'll do them often and will definitely try and fresh.

Aliana, to me the first time was a little liquid (such as sauce fries). Fresh potatoes, however, *drank* everything and stayed fat. But I do not lidding and roast them open. Stirring them a few times at the beginning (while it is still solid and has no danger of broken off) to allow fluid to flush. Sauce or not, I really like to taste.

I made these fries on Saturday, were amazing! I tried the first bite, I do not know why, but I did not like much, but the next is already wondering how I can say that they are good! All they liked and applauded. Only slowed wine, beer and water in half. Will definitely prepare them again, are as wonderful to garnish and basic. Thanks for the recipe! Just do not know where to put assessment.
