Stuffed chicken with cauliflower and sauce

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
salt
1 tbsp butter
# For the sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup broth of your choice or hot water
# For the filling:
2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 small onion
1/2 tablespoon butter
parsley
# spreads tray:
butter spreads
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
# Appendix sauce:
2 zhaltazhi
50 g grated cheese

Method
Boil cleaned cauliflower in salted water until poluomekvane and let it drain. Do light roux of butter and 1 tablespoon 2 tablespoons flour, diluted with milk and broth, stirring, until a thick sauce and remove from heat. Stew chopped onion in 1 tablespoon butter, add the parsley and chopped boiled or stewed meat. If necessary pour a little water and stir. Remove from heat and add 1/3 of the sauce. Use the remaining sauce for pouring cauliflower. Greased with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs court roasting cauliflower (suitable deep vessel walls to adhere florets in a compact state).
