Stuffed peppers with old beans

Ingredients
400 g beans
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
12 dry red peppers
2 onions
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
mint
salt
Method
Beans pour boiling salted water, Cover well and leave 10-15 minutes swell. Then filtered and Grind. Peppers, cleaned of stems and seeds are soaked in warm water to soften. Make a roux from the oil, the chopped onion, red pepper. Pour over beans. Izsheetva with mint and salt and stuffed peppers. Arrange in a saucepan, pour with cabbage juice or water and cook, trapped with a plate. Serve cold.

It will be much better if replaced with mint savory, and when done, add the chopped garlic old - so the pods are excellent.

They are very tasty, my grandmother made them without Grind the beans.
