Stuffed peppers in Zgalevski

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat pork and veal
100 g rice
500 g of onion (4 large heads)
15 dry red peppers
paprika (not hot)
savory
salt
Method
Stews onions with rice and red pepper. Add to it minced meat and must stew until tender meat. Red peppers cut off tops are filled carefully, without very crowded. Arranged on an empty plate in the bottom of the pan. Add a little water and boil on medium heat. If the remainder of the filling can be screwed in vine leaves as dolmas. Serve with a little yogurt in each bowl. The traditional dish for rural weddings in Pleven region.

I loved the recipe, not long ago I eat them with yogurt, and my mother served them so!

forgot one small detail before being put in the pot holes are dips in flour to not emptied during boiling.
