Ingredients
1 little pig
500 g liver, spleen and heart
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
200 g rice
500 g mushrooms
2-3 onions
2 cup (400 ml) red wine
mint
lard
pepper

Method
Well the washed and cleaned salted pig inside. In a deep pot becomes heated the oil in it and fry chopped onion. Separately boil the entrails and cut into small pieces. Add to them fried onions. Sprinkle with red and black pepper and add the cleaned rice. Salted. When everything is ready to put the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Boil until the rice is half-cooked. With finished stuffing is filled pig. Is sutured. Place in a baking pan, the bottom of which rank twigs or boards might stick. In separate bowl mix the melted lard with red pepper. To this mixture is spread outside the pig. In pan pour the wine and if necessary, be dosipva water. Bake in preheated oven strongly, as from the beginning cover with foil. When semi-ready fthe oil is removed and the meat is watered with their own sauce.
