Stuffed Pork colon, roasted in the oven

Ingredients
1 stalk leek
100 g lean pork meat
100 g salo
salt
savory
pepper
pepper
mint
bay leaf
1 colon
sunflower oil (mass) spreads
Method
To chopped leeks, meat and salo add spices. Well the washed colon is filled with the mixture (in hlabovo because it swells in baking). Smeared with sunflower oil or lard, sprinkle with paprika and tied on both sides. Put it in a baking dish and bake. Occasionally watered with compartments sauce. Served with sauerkraut and aged wine.

That sounds a little like stuffed lamb Chardin. I never thought of it that can and large intestines to be filled in this way. It is a good idea.
