Stuffed redfish

Ingredients
250 g redfish
15 g butter
6 sardines
1/2 green pepper
90 g breadcrumbs
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 yolk
pepper
salt
Method
Sardines are cut into small pieces. Cleaned and chopped green pepper is poured boiling water after drain, mix with other products for preparing the sauce. The perch is cut into thin pieces, which are coated with the sauce, folding in half and arrange in oiled proof dish, add the butter pieces and bake in a moderate oven until soft.
