Pineapple is cut lengthwise, without removable handle. Hollow out the inside so as to obtain boats. Raisins soaked in rum and brown sugar for about 3-4 hours. All fruits, including the inside of pineapple cut into small pieces and mix with soaked raisins. Is added and the mixture itself of rum and sugar. With the resulting mix is filled boats pineapple.
