Stuffed zucchini with couscous

Ingredients
5 long green zucchini
250 g couscous
2-3 carrots
4-5 glasses parsley
1-2 onions
olive oil
Water
salt

Method
Marrows raryazvat in half and each half is carved, while retaining the core. Cut carrots, onion and parsley finely medium. In a deep skillet heat 2-3 tbsp olive oil and add the core of zucchini, fry for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, then add the salt, carrots, onion and parsley and all fry for another 5 10 minutes. Add cous put up and fry together with other products for 2-3 minutes, then add 250 ml water and stirred until the water is absorbed. With the finished mixture filled zucchini and arrange in a baking dish large enough to accommodate them, the rest of the mixture is poured into a tray between courgettes, add more water, enough to cover almost half. With aluminum foil covered tray and left in the oven at 200 C for 1 hour, then removed fthe oil and bake for 15-20 minutes more.

Really interesting recipe. ____ I want to ask those zucchini stuffed with something you have or put on couscous Kusa? Because the image is upside down. When prepare zucchini always put dill. Is a matter of preference ...
