Sweet salami from old bread

Ingredients
1/2 stale bread
1 cup powdered sugar
60 butter
1-2 drops of rum or vanilla
2-3 tbsp milk
3-4 tbsp cocoa
# For the filling:
60 g butter
1 cup jam or marmalade
# For decoration:
chocolate or powdered sugar

Method
Bread is naronva crumbs or grind with a robot. To it was added cocoa, sugar, milk, essence and mix well. To this mixture was added at room temperature macerate butter and stirred with a wooden spoon. When the mixture begins to collect a ball interfere with hands. The finished mixture is spread on aluminum foil in a square or rectangle 1 cm thick. Wind up in fthe oil and leave in the fridge for half an hour to set. Then developed and smeared with a mixture of soft butter and jam, turn back and leave in the refrigerator to set. Decorate optional with melted chocolate or icing sugar.

Izvinyavm for stupid question, but *1/2 pc. stale bread *- approximately how many grams is?

what if a standard bread (700 g) should be about 350 grams. - Otherwise tomorrow will try the recipe :)
